To register by mail: Please download the above form, complete and mail with payment to KACTE, P.O. Box 4583, Frankfort, KY 40604-4583. Those making payment by Purchase Order will need to return a completed registration form with the purchase order by April 9, 2010. A $50.00 late fee will be assessed on any Purchase Orders received after April 9.

To register on-line:  Please click on the above link to the on-line registration site. All Master Charge and Visa payments must be made by registering on-line. On-line registration payments may also be made by check or Purchase Order. Please mail your check or a copy of the Purchase Order to KACTE, P.O. Box 4583, Frankfort, KY 40604-4583.

Registration Deadlines
Early Registration Fee (savings of $25), June 11, 2010
Purchase Orders, April 9, 2010, (Purchase Orders received after the deadline will be assessed a $50 fee.)
Full Refunds for cancelled registration, June 11, 2010
Partial Refunds (less $25 processing fee), June 12-25, 2010
The registration fee is nonrefundable after June 25, 2010.

Registrants are responsible for payment of the full registration fee unless a written cancellation notice is given by June 25, 2010.
